Connecting Readers and Writers to the Word: Digital Books, Book Activities, and More!

All 2020 marketing plans for authors and writers, have changed as a result of COVID-19. Author events; cancelled. Writing conferences; cancelled. Marketing letters to meet with perspective buyers; cancelled. Launch parties; cancelled. All plans cancelled or postponed. We’re now looking for creative ways to market and grow interest in our books. And, I must say, writers all of genres have done just that!

But, not only that, authors are finding ways to give back to their reading fans. I personally, have made available on my website, activities that coincide with my book, Mama, I Want to See God. I’m also waiting to see if PBS Kids will include my video of me reading my book on their website. If not, I’ll place it on YouTube in the next couple of weeks (practicing patience). In the meantime, I’m not twiddling my thumbs!

NOTE: I will appear on Facebook Live on the BQB Publishing Facebook page on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. I hope you will be available to join me.

Lastly, while deliveries of purchased books may be slow (especially on Amazon), consider purchasing through an independent book seller (see list below, all states). In addition, do not forget our audio books and eBooks (instant sell; no shipping). Authors would indeed appreciate your generous purchases, as well as I.

Below, are websites, including mine, where authors (all genres) are making available their freebies and/or their books, etc.
